Sean is an intelligent fighter who offered a free consultation. I found him by referall after hitting bottom from numerous other phone calls with other attorneys. That phone call with him gave me hope. He was fair in price and determined. He gave me insight. He was able to accomplish so much for my husband! He gave us details and answered every call and text I sent even if it was Sunday. We appreciate his approach and his style. He is the best and will recommend him every time!

I had hired Mr Logue a few years ago for my gf at the time for charges she had gotten before i had met her for prostitution. Big mistake to date her and pay for her lawyer as we didn’t work out but Mr Logue far exceeded expectations. He got nearly all charges in 2 separate cases dropped for her. My mistake to hire him for her but her blessing. I know she didn’t thank you enough so allow me to for her. Very highly recommend Mr. Logue.

I was arrested on a felony 3 charge looking at at least up to 2 years in prison. County District Attorney didn't want to negotiate. After a lot of hard work, Sean was able to plead the case all the way down to just 90 days jail with a work release. Better deal than I realistically could have hoped for. Mr. Logue took our son’s cases on very short notice (the first lawyer we hired wasn’t getting anywhere with either of the prosecutors and had actually turned one of the cases over to the court appointed attorney). We hired Mr. Logue to go to trial if needed, but he worked with both prosecutors and got very acceptable plea deals in both cases. Mr. Logue is a no nonsense criminal lawyer that gathers the facts and then implements the best course of action to get the best possible results. He communicates with you via email, text or phone on what he feels are the most important issues at the time. His staff is very polite, caring and gets the job done. I highly recommend Logue Law Firm and would not hesitate to retain his services in the future.

After the salesmen told me my gun application "wouldn't be a problem," I was charged with an illegal attempt to posses a firearm. Sean Logue has a good relationship with the DA, but still pushed them to have a trial and I was found not guilty of the felony charge. I was falsely accused of very serious charges. We met w several lawyers, and Attorney Logue was by far both the nicest and the toughest. We ultimately did a 4 hr preliminary hearing and Attorney Logue got out that I was being falsely accused. He also got my PFA dropped. I can't recommend him enough. He saves my life!

Sean Logue is very knowledgeable of PA law and went above and beyond to help me and my family with my case. When I got my second DUI in roughly 3 years, Sean was able to examine the police report and other documents and determine that important information was missing. Attorney Sean Logue came to my attention when, facing DUI charges, I found myself reading reviews for lawyers on sites such as this. Clients and peers had some nice things to say so looked further and I liked that he has roots locally. I posted a message on a site Friday night and received a call from Sean personally on Saturday morning. I hung up the phone feeling reassured. I hired Sean and he was so well versed in the subject I felt like an expert myself in no time. He stuck patiently with me for the whole process which was lengthy going through the 1st time offender DUI program. Through all that here is what I learned about Sean: He is bright, genuine and very good at his job but most of all he has a great established rapport with all the people involved with your case. He answered my questions and was responsive before the county hearing. But at the hearing he said he did not have a relationship with the DA and that it didn't look good. Basically the reason I hired him was to aid me in keeping my license and I felt that I could have gotten the same outcome without his help. He also left before the hearing was over and that did not seem professional.

Horrible customer service and communication! Angela is the most unprofessional person I've ever experienced. She actually hung up on me. I hired them because I live in another state. They were told that up front. They called me the day before the hearing telling me I had to be there the next day. I never got the message. When I called the next day I was told nothing could be done. The absolute worse. Do not hire!

I used Sean Logue's services for a DUI case in 2021, and he was largely absent from the picture, with very poor communication. After promises of his plan to exploit his political influence in, combined with a so-called ability to steer the negotiations with the DA, this was absolutely not the level of service I received. His involvement essentially ended when he cashed the check. At the very least, I had expected that this knowledgeable attorney would be available for guidance, be able to answer all questions and give me practical advice, being the self-proclaimed expert DUI attorney that he advertises, but sadly this was not at all the case. When it came time for him to appear at hearings, he sent a legal partner instead who was generally pretty useless (but nice enough), lacking in any competence to negotiate with the DA. When I wanted a good lawyer for the money I paid, I got second-rate partners, no communications and a big middle finger. I would not recommend him.

Paid him $2500.00 cash, my recipe was a tex message, continued my case for months to handle others, did more damage to me than help,filed my motions to dismiss without my input, he handle it to me at the start of the hearing,the Judge actually yelled at him for chewing gum and to spit it out ,the Judge even said I'm tired of having to tell you about this, questions he asked the police officer who violated my civil and constitutional rights helped the prosecutor and damaged my reputation, I didn't realize that attorneys take an oath to protect the court more than protecting the client's rights,

This guy is a joke. DO NOT HIRE HIM!! He is not reliable in any way. Doesn't have the decency to even respond to his clients. Took 10G from us and did nothing but work against us. The Judge even asked where the paperwork was for the case. If you have been ripped off by the idiot, make a complaint with the bar association. He was recommended by them as a Super Lawyer. I hear he’s a good criminal defense attorney, apparently his specialty is getting a multiple offender off on Multiple DUIs. Terrible Solicitor, picks the republicans on the council and only listens and communicates with them. Sneaky, back stabbing dems on council, seeks ways to get rid of dem employees, and makes stuff up about ppl that do not fit his agenda.

I just filed a complaint at padisciplinaryboard.org and i suggest EVERYONE does the same ! hired this law firm 2021 for a criminal case. They have NO clue what they are doing !! They don't communicate and give bad advice. They STOLE $9500 off of me after they told me I didn't have to be at a hearing that I DID have to be at and SWAT showed up at my house and arrested me. I have all the court transcripts and text messages. I am currently now starting to contact people to start a class action lawsuit against them AND I am in current contact with the Bar association. They cant keep getting away with this !

Where do I begin about Sean Logue - I used Sean’s services back in 2013 for a DUI case, and it went the way I had expected it to go, and Sean was very attentive and ambitious and generally performed well enough to my satisfaction - surely enough to garner a positive review in my eyes. Fast-forward to 2021, and we now have a very different Sean Logue. I used his services again for a similar case, but this time he was largely absent from the picture, and it was near-impossible to communicate with him. After promises of his plan to exploit his political influence in Washington County, PA, combined with a so-called ability to steer the negotiations with the DA (which I now believe was all designed to justify his exceedingly large fee), this was absolutely, in no way whatsoever, the level of service I received. His involvement essentially ended when he cashed the check. At the very least, I had expected that this knowledgeable attorney would be available for guidance, be able to answer all questions and give me practical advice, being the self-proclaimed expert DUI attorney that he advertises and having had a positive experience 8 years ago, but sadly this was not at all the case. When I had questions and needed some advice and guidance on various tasks related to my case, he was short and generally pretty useless, and in some cases, unavailable to respond to inquiries, often ignoring me. When it came time for him to appear at hearings in my corner, he sent a legal partner who was also generally pretty useless (but nice enough), lacking in any competence to negotiate with the DA. When I wanted a good lawyer for the money I paid, I got second-rate partners, no communications and a big middle finger. If I, or anyone else I know, will ever be in need of criminal or civil attorney services, I will not be adding Sean Logue Law Group to my pool of candidates, and I will campaign to help others avoid the same fate as me. What a shame.

I hired Sean Logue for two different cases at same time for $5,000. The day he took my money he told me our main goal was to get lieu of conviction it all sounded good. Throughout my year long process of court dates he failed to appear twice and I was blind sided by public defender replacements, one of which I actually had to get myself while at court. No warning or communication with me at all. He hardly ever responded back to me and when he did it was always 3 words via text. He refused to ever call or answer my calls. During this year court was rescheduled several times but Sean Logue never told me and I took work off and showed up each time for nothing. It was embarrassing and hurt my paychecks. The few times Logue did show up he was on the phone with other clients the entire time while next to me and made feel totally worthless to him. When we finally went back to court he had to ask me what my charges were again and instead of asking for what he said he would, he asked for something I wasn't even eligible for! It was very obvious he was only there because he had to be and handled my case on the fly. I ended up having to hire another attorney for $2,500 to do what Logue promised me he would do. The new lawyer studied my case in depth, kept in contact with me, and easily was able to get what Logue forgot to do and my case is now closed. The $5,000 Logue took and the extra $2,500 for his replacement is a big deal to me and I'm still recuperating from it. If Logue had any morals at all he would give me a partial refund for that case. I stayed understanding and positive over his no shows and no calls and total lack of interest. I kept telling myself all that matters is when we go to court when it counts he will shine but I was stupid for believing that and he took total advantage of it. I'll never know what I did wrong to deserve that treatment from him

This is, by far, the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. Has zero communication skills, only knows how to text and even that is not reliable. Provides no updates prior or post hearing, does no consultation or preparation for court, does not return phone calls, sparingly returns texts, does not return emails but will gladly take your $1,000. How does one conduct business with so little effort made towards customer service especially when someone pays that kind of money? Evidently I went into the wrong business. This guy is a crook and literally steals your money and does absolutely nothing to earn it. If you are going to spend a grand or more on an attorney, do yourself a favor and find someone more reliable and that actually works for your money.

After taking my money and promising to be available "24/7 if I had questions", Mr Logue was basically in absentia. He didn't appear at 2 out of 4 of my court dates (sent in one of his minions) and never even had the courtesy to tell me he wouldn't be there. Phone calls and texts were never returned (and I mean NEVER). I felt like I had to hound him. Plus he seemed to continually forget what our course of action was going to be. I felt as though I had to remind him. Save your money. Find someone who sees you as a human being and not just another paycheck. I'm only giving 1 star because I had to - otherwise I'd give ZERO.

Mr. Logue (amongst others) solicited me for representation in a matter. I called him and he outlined his strategy which made sense to me and I hired him. He took his entire fee upfront and immediately. Unfortunately, that was the last time I heard from him. Subsequent calls to his office went unanswered. I found out that Mr. Logue did not represent me at the hearing but had someone else appear in his stead. Since my request to speak to the person who appeared was never granted, I have no idea whether or not the substitute employed the strategy that Mr. Logue had initially discussed with me. Certainly, the unsuccessful result of the hearing seems to indicate that he did not. It took me a long time after the hearing to find out the outcome. In short, it was a disappointing experience and my advise is to seek responsible counsel elsewhere and not Mr. Logue,
